There are so many benefits of incorporating paper flowers into your fresh floral bouquets and arrangements. Theyāre made from recyclable paper, they wonāt wilt in the heat, they donāt require a water source, and they can be created in any colour, size, and shape your heart desires. With so many advantages, theyāre the perfect companion for fresh florals.
So the next time your peony order arrives shattered or your bride asks to have pansies in her bouquet, consider contacting a paper florist! Or, try your hand at making paper flowers yourself.
My book, Paper Flower Art: Create Beautifully Realistic Floral Arrangements, was written so that any flower enthusiast could create natural-looking, organic, gardenesque paper flower arrangements that are on trend these days. I fell in love with paper flowers in my early teens at a wonderful store in Georgetown, DC called Papagallo that sold shoes and clothing. The third floor had hundreds of paper flowers hanging from the ceiling and I was hooked. I began making them and selling them to other Georgetown stores. I have been making them ever since and using them for weddings and other events.
I just love all Jessieās flowers they all look so real and delicate and the tutorial s are so easy to follow I wonāt stop till Iāve made all Jessieās flowers itās brought some sunshine into my life
