A place to lay down the day-to-day pressures of running, building, or anticipating a flower business. For 8 weeks, you'll be surrounded by encouraging peers as you relax into the transparency facilitated by our team - Amy McGee, Sophie Felts, and Erica Gamble.
Before the weekly CIRCLE Sessions begin, our Founder Amy McGee will meet with you one-on-one for a one hour video session to get to know you and to help us understand your business and what you want to accomplish over the 8 weeks of CIRCLE Weddings.
Each week for 8 weeks, you will participate in a 2-hour Zoom meeting with the other CIRCLE members and our expert facilitators. Topics for these sessions will be tailored to meet the needs of the CIRCLE participants based on the 1:1 consultation meetings.

I started in the floral industry as a grower and then as a wedding and event designer. In 2009, I started the Botanical Brouhaha blog which grew into the Botanical Brouhaha podcast, Bloom Trust Co, and eventually Circle – all with the goal of supporting and encouraging florists.

But it wasn't always this way.
It’s easy for me to step back to those days when I was by myself in my home flower studio trying to grow my business and feeling very alone. I had so many questions and didn’t know who to turn to or who to trust. I read every book I could get my hands on and somehow managed to figure a few things out and started getting a little bit of traction. I eventually closed down my studio to take care of a family member, but I couldn’t leave flowers behind and started Botanical Brouhaha. That’s when I discovered the magic of connecting with the larger floral community and realized there was a better way to build a successful business!
CIRCLE is not a course or a system or even a traditional mastermind...
It’s a place for honest conversation.
In 2021, I started talking with Natalie Gill of Native Poppy about creating a virtual community space – a safe place to ask questions and share and dream. We wanted it to be unique – not a course, not a system, but a place for honest conversation around the hard parts of the floral industry.
CIRCLE became a place to lay down the day-to-day pressures of running, building, or anticipating a flower business. Here’s what we told that first group: "Bring your challenges, dreams, and questions. We’ll tackle them one-by-one." And it worked!
Then we created Circle Retail & Circle Weddings!
After that first CIRCLE Session in 2021, we figured out that we needed two groups! One for Retail Florists and one for Wedding Florists! Natalie and her partner Meg began facilitating CIRCLE Retail and I was able to bring in amazing facilitators like Twyla from Remi & Gold and Rachel & Lauren from Sweet Root Village for CIRCLE Weddings.
And now for CIRCLE Weddings 2026, I couldn’t be more excited to work with Sophie Felts and her partner Erica Gamble. They have built a premier wedding and event design business and are eager to share that knowledge with you.
We’ll be there with you as you take the next step, but it’s not going to be easy. There are no shortcuts to achieving your goals. There is no magic step-by-step formula. In CIRCLE Weddings we keep it real and aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions.

We keep the curriculum fluid enough to be tailored to your individual needs and those of your CIRCLE peers from Week One until we wrap up eight weeks later.

We record each session and you’ll have access to the replay in the Circle Hub.
Is there a payment plan available or do I have to pay it all now?
Yes! Choose the Shop option when you checkout. They have several payment plans available.

Yes! The facilitators will share great information each week, but we leave plenty of time for questions.
Can I contact Amy or fellow participants outside the sessions?
